This Flat Fee Service offers representation to buyers who are close to identifying a new construction property and/or are ready to start the paperwork. We provide guidance to ensure informed decisions during the buying process.

 

As an added bonus, since the buyer has already completed some of the legwork in finding a deal, we only take $5k in commission for our efforts and return the rest to the buyer at closing! Guaranteed!

- $400k home, 12k commission, 5k to us, 7k rebate to you

- $600k home, 18k commission, 5k to us, 13k rebate to you

- $800k home, 24k commission, 5k to us, 19k rebate to you

Buying an Existing Build

This Flat Fee Service offers representation to buyers who purchase an existing home. We assist in showings, placing offers, and throughout the home buying process until closing.

 

For this service we only take $6k and return the remaining commission to the buyer at closing! Guaranteed!

- $600k home, 18k commission, 6k to us, 12k rebate to you

Selling a home

If you are considering selling your home, our flat fee for this service is $10k.

In addition to our fee, we understand the importance of attracting as many potential buyers as possible, which is why we typically recommend offering a commission to the buyer's agent. This commission typically ranges from 1-3%, with the most common range being 2.5-3%.

 

Offering a commission to the buyer's agent can increase the chances of other realtors showing your home to their clients, ultimately leading to a faster and more successful sale. We are always available to discuss commission options with you and answer any questions you may have about the home selling process.

As an alternative, you may always use a Flat Fee Listing Service who can list your home on the MLS on your behalf. We don't offer this service but you can easily google "Flat Fee Listing Service [State You Reside In]". These services typically charge between $400 to $800 plus add-ons. Keep in mind, it is still highly recommended you provide the buyers agent commission.
